Construction of Costco’s second site in WA has begun at Aigle Royal’s 60-hectare Casuarina development. Civil works for the site commenced in late September 2021 with the new warehouse expected to open in the second half of 2022. Once operational the global retailer is expected to create 250 jobs providing a much-welcomed boost to the local economy. Hon Roger Cook MLA and City of Kwinana Mayor Carol Adams joined Aigle Royal CEO Brad Brashaw for turning of the sod to commemorate the commencement of construction.
