PORT GEOGRAPHE RESIDENTS WIN BIG
The winners of the 2023 Port Geographe Canals Christmas Lights Competition were awarded a special presentation over the weekend. The main prize winner collecting $5,000, the best new entrant $2,000 and eight other residents collecting $1,000 each for their participation. This year not only saw the largest number of competition entries with 26, but also the largest number of canal Christmas lights displays in total. 2024 is aiming to be an even larger spectacle with hopefully more canal residents joining in as the Port Geographe canals transforms into the premier Christmas lights destination of WA’s southwest.
