Expansive 6,000m² Neighbourhood Shopping Precinct to Enrich Hammond Park Community
Aigle Royal, is pleased to announce the receipt of planning approval for Hammond Park Shopping Centre, a dynamic 6,000m² retail hub with 370 convenient car parking bays is set to redefine the community experience on Whadjuk Drive in Hammond Park, WA 6164.
The proposed development is a testament to Aigle Royal’s commitment to fostering vibrant and sustainable communities. Hammond Park Shopping Centre will feature a Woolworths supermarket, diverse food and beverage tenancies, specialty retail spaces, and two standalone quick-service restaurant sites.

The architectural design of the Hammond Park Shopping Centre is a testament to Aigle Royal’s commitment to blending aesthetics with functionality. Inspired by the nearby bushland and environmental context, the tasteful design creates a unique identity, seamlessly integrating with its surroundings.
The Hammond Park Shopping Centre development will also include extensive landscaping with thoughtfully curated selection of trees and shrubs across the public areas.
