Aigle Royal is honoured and incredibly proud to continue our partnership as the WA State Sponsor for the Starlight Five Chefs Dinner, one of Australia’s most celebrated food and wine charity events.
On Thursday, 11 September, chefs from some of Western Australia’s most renowned restaurants showcased their culinary talents at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, raising over $900,000 for the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
Now celebrating its 30th year, the Starlight Five Chefs Dinner is a truly special occasion that unites fine dining and community spirit to bring happiness to seriously ill children and their families. The funds raised will help support Starlight’s vital hospital programs, including Captain Starlight, the Starlight Express Room, and Livewire. On the night, 56 Starlight Wishes were granted, helping to create lasting memories for children across WA.
Together with more than 410 guests, the evening was a feast for both the senses and the heart. Guests were treated to an exceptional five-course degustation created by some of WA’s best chefs:
Aigle Royal was also proud to see Altair Estate, one of our own WA based brands, among the Course Wine Suppliers for the event, alongside Lenton Brae, Fogarty Wine Group, and Cherubino.
